"Customer service was horrible, every employee had giving me an attitude when I was would ask a question. Besides that I would hear the employees talk about a bad working environment because of one of their managers. Overall this place needs to be shut back down."

"Based on my experience here, this place was decent. The employees seemed a bit conceited and weren't that friendly. Not horrible customer service, but definitely not the best. Store itself was organized and seemed clean. Checkout was pretty slow. Would probably not recommend or return."

"I've been here a couple times since their re - opening and they should have stayed closed. Worst customer service ever. Couldn't even ask the associates for help without them laughing between every sentence and when you do ask for help they kind of act like you're a nuisance for even approaching them. Customer service had been horrible every time I had went to Hollister. Cashier girls make you want to avoid going there and to just buy online instead."

"Went back in June to get my grandson some clothes and had a decent experience. nothing too special, but recently came back for Christmas shopping with my wife and mother a few times and felt the store improved tremendously! A young male worker with glasses and brown hair on the lighter side was EXTREMELY patient with my mother and helped us find everything we needed, without hesitation. despite the language barrier between my mother and him. Wish I could’ve caught his name! Definitely recommend this store at penn square shopping center!"
