"Sharing this as much as I can DO NOT GET A BUCKLE CREDIT CARD!! I got approved for 250 and i was only late paying it 1 or 2 times and my bill was 450!! I decided this was stupid because they are adding money to pay back that I didn't spend so I paid off my card to a 0 balance and tried to close it they said ok closed and your good then a little later I get an email saying I owe 7 cents and I have to pay it bc they never closed the account and the people that closed it said oh we can't send u a letter saying it's closed this is not professional please don't do it"

"I don’t buy many pairs of jeans but when I do I used to buy them from buckle. I used to go to buckle because when I worked for the company employees would help you with a proper fit. That’s been years and I’ve forgotten. The day I purchased my jeans not a single person helped me. I didn’t get the correct fit but I didn’t have any help. I spoke to a young lady yesterday and she said bring them in I’ll see if I can help. I was unable to get there yesterday so I made it in today. Needless to say I won’t be back again and I will not recommend anyone I know. I think it was a case of judging a book by its cover. I didn’t need you to exchange those pants sir. I wanted you to exchange them. I left the pair of jeans because I hope someone can put them to use. A lost customer of nearly two decades."
