"I was super excited when an Arby's came to town! We definitely needed something different. We went the opening day, IT WAS AMAZING!! came back the next 2 weeks 1-3 times. I was really hoping they would keep up the great work, but, they did not. 3 mo later, they are forgetting our order and skimping on "THE MEATS" PURCELL!!! do better! You know I can!"
"Update: Link doesn't work. Waited a few weeks after they opened to order but apparently they need a few more. I ordered the turkey sandwich, curly fries, mozzarella sticks and lemonade. I got what I'm guessing was a wrap, curly fries and lemonade - no mozzarella sticks. Wrap thing was ok, would have definitely preferred the sandwich but the curly fries were hot, so at least that was good. Will try again in a few weeks, please be better."
"This has to be THE WORST Arby’s I’ve ever had. For starters, there was a very odd employee standing outside the main door, while touching herself in an odd manner, then I get my order and I’m immediately disappointed by the fact that their “Large Fries” were more like a small/medium and were cold. After already going in about the fries, being told I was wrong, then leaving, I had realized they didn’t put enough cheese sauce on our Beef N’ Cheddar sandwiches and that the meat tasted AWFUL. As my entire family ordered roast beef and cheddar sandwiches, as well as Curly Fries, absolutely NO ONE ate their food. We ended up going to Sonic in the end, which was a huge disappointment. We can certainly understand that they just opened and their employees are new, but this was just outrageous. Spent double on dinner in one night all due to Arby’s."
"There's grace because it's day 2 and they're probably still learning! But I have never received a more sloppy to go order in my life. It was almost kinda humorous. Wing box was all soggy and as I went to grab it there was none left inside as they had all fell out, not to mention my fries looked like they were literally just tossed upside down in there. That was within minutes of receiving. You can imagine the mess. Probably just fell through the cracks, I don't imagine it will happen again but there is still value in me sharing my experience."
