"Went thru drive thru and got just a simple 10 piece nugget, and when I got my food, chicken was raw in the middle as in it didn’t get cooked all the way through, definitely not a safe place to eat"
"Lobby closed during open hours and I'm told by the manager that they didn't expect people to want to come inside to eat. So when short handed because the employee you hired calls in, then you as the manager are to fill the position, which is why as a manager, you get paid more. You are supposed to not act like a regular employee and you are supposed to be accountable for the store while you are the manager on duty. So this "well what do you want me to do" question gets a simple answer, open the lobby so we can sit and eat not eat in our car on our trip home from Purcell. Oh and that attitude is not needed and only escalates a situation. Our visit was on 2/18/24 at 8:45pm when you were supposed to be open. Bad customer service by the manager."
"This chain never gets your order wrong! They aren’t the fastest but definitely better value for your fast food buck. Very inconsistent sizes on the chicken sandwiches. Sometimes you get a big one sometimes a smaller one. Like a bad date!"
"I haven't been to a Wendy's in YEARS! We were passing through and decided to stop. The menu is great, something for everyone. I got a grilled chicken salad, my husband got a prezzel burger, the kids got chicken nuggets. They love the fancy soda machine, that has so many choices. The dining room was clean, and so were the bathrooms. The lady that took our order helped my husband pick a burger. She was very friendly. We were getting our dinner to go to keep driving, and they put each persons meal in different bags to make it easier to eat with kids in the car. This Wendy's went above and beyond. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! We had already started eating when we took the pictures. ;)"
