Domino's Pizza 4401-A North Macarthur Boulevard, Warr Acres, OK 73122

"So we ordered pizza from this Domino’s was totally be ready in 15 minutes. Went to pick it up was there for almost an hour waiting on it was given the wrong order and then paid for cheese and peppers and was not given cheese peppers. Had to go back in, I called to speak to a manager and I’m asked to call back that he wasn’t there. I call back I’m on hold from almost 15 minutes. The only lady gets back on the phone. I tell her I’m trying to speak to a manager she hangs up on me so I called back and I’m on hold for almost another five minutes. When I another person gets on the phone says he’s a manager I’m trying to explain this to me like yeah ha ha OK real kind of sending I asked him to speak or ask for a way to contact the district manager. He told me to call 1-800 Domino’s ."

"I literally even gave a $8 tip for an order that was on $21 because the driver had good service HOWEVER my food was not pleasing and when I called the manager was a male and he was VERY RUDE, unapologetic and unprofessional. They lost my business indefinitely."

"I always order at this location and for the most part when I get it delivered it’s awesome! BUT when I pick it up I always have problems! The older girl at the window always seems like she is on drugs & she asks for my zip code then says my card is declined (because I always put the exact amount on my card) and then all of the sudden the 2nd try goes through… I’ve went in store and tipped & it asks for my zip code but when I don’t tip it doesn’t ask for my zip code… and I’ve never had any other employee ask for my zip code soooo it just seems sketchy. I have reported her to the “manager” before and nothing was done. this time is my last straw so I’m done with this location."

"I called in my normal order and when I got there to pick it up, I noticed a couple things missing so I look at the receipt and they had my order wrong. I asked to speak to the manager because the guy at the window wouldn't fix it. The manager came over and I explained that what I ordered over the phone and what they rang up and gave me was wrong. He refused to fix it and was so very unprofessional. Domino's lost a constant customer all because the manager wouldn't make it write. I drove all the way up there for him to argue with me and then tell me the guy that took my order was new. I do understand people being new to a job but that manager should have made it write! Not argue and turn me away to the point that I will never order from this place again."

"Gave them 2 stars because the delivery drivers were nice and professional, but my pizza was burnt and so was it's replacement. The second one was slightly better. They really need someone who knows how to cook pizza in their store."
