"The Mac and cheese was cold. The sandwich was fair,didn't enjoy my meal due that this place was very dirty everywhere at 230pm on a slow sunday......behind the booths were dirty,looked like crumbs and trash has been sitting there for a long while.managers needs to do a better job keeping this place clean."

"Shared a delicious Reuben sandwich and a tomato/cucumber salad with my husband. The staff was very helpful, Dean Martin crooning Christmas songs, temp of restaurant was perfect and the place was very clean. We really enjoyed our lunch!"

"This was my first visit to McAlister's, and the hype greatly exceeded what I experienced. I went because I am a big fan of GOOD loaded potatoes, and heard that they had some. I order a potato, and then find out it's the last one they're making. I literally got the last, bottom of the barrel, potato. This thing was so dry, that little tiny cup of sour cream couldn't be found once I mixed it in. The butter couldn't even save it, and the potato was still hot enough to melt it. I don't think I'll be back, not for a while."
