"We ordered two pizzas and a wing online. Order was supported to be ready at 5:57 and I arrived 5:56. When I was at the this store -1708 2nd street Edmond- they did not even started my orders. They did not even realized that my order was placed. They did not even say sorry nor did not look sorry. It was very uncomfortable experiecne. Be careful when you order food here."

"Not gonna lie; we only come here because it's one of the cheaper options for a large-ish group (6-7 with kids). CiCis definitely isn't what it used to be, but I can't really blame the business; times have changed. Years after CiCis stopped dedicated bussing of tables, people still leave their plates and messes on the tables, so I can't blame the restaurant, but the patrons that are either to lazy to do it themselves or too dumb to realize it's now you're job to clean up after yourself. Also, it could be this particular location, but it seems like the most morbidly obese people flock here like a plague of locusts and descend on the buffet, leaving nothing but salad and stacked plates of half-eaten pizza slices on the tables in their wake. Until next time, I guess."

"It's what you expect from a buffet atmosphere geared towards families with little kids. The Self-service soda fountain is almost always a mess. The bathrooms are not usually super clean either. For the quality of service and overall cleanliness (med to low) the prices are just too high. I only go here when I am SUPER hungry."

"Used to be 5☆! New crew, new attitudes, new relationships and flirting, nasty tables, sloppy food! I couldn't even eat the pizza I ordered and will not be back until this crew has moved on! Even if I could pick this soggy mess up, who'd want to eat that? If I wanted hot sauce on a piece of bread, I could have made that myself! Maybe put someone on the register who has a personality, too... not an angry person! The buffet was bare, too! Corporate says to contact them but it does no good, I tried that and no call back"

"Very clean, very fresh buffet. You can request a pizza that's not on the buffet and they'll make it fresh, but this location is pretty slow at delivering it. 20 minutes+ wait for a special request, but they make a really good pizza. Lots of sauce and toppings and the cheese bread is delicious. Recommend the chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza and meat lovers flatbread. Don't eat the spinach pizza!
