"On two occasions, I have had to return online purchases that did not fit to the Penn Square Mall store. Each time, I was waited on by the same tall, blond woman, and each time, she was visibly annoyed that I was making a return. She did not smile, did not respond to friendly conversation, and had a very 'superior' attitude. I have been waited on in the past by a different woman - long hair with freckles. She is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. But the blond employee is not a good representative for the JJill brand and needs better customer service skills."

"I highly recommend Jennifer White to anyone who needs assistance buying clothes. I have shopped with J Jill for years in CT and have loved their clothes. Upon visiting OKC and shopping in this store with Jennifer, I found I had been buying clothes that were comfortable because they were too large. She helped me pick out clothes that were fun and my size. Jennifer helped me with that by giving me the size I thought I wore and then the one she knew I wore. Wow, the difference was amazing! I didn't look frumpy. Jennifer never pushed clothes on me. In fact , I liked something and she said no and here is why. She was right. She only sold me clothes that looked good on me and that I loved. She really took her time, knew her inventory and made 12 phone calls to find me a shirt we both loved in the right size for me! I cannot speak highly enough of this talented, patient, knowledgeable woman. Please go see her and let her change your life. She did that for me!"

"Worst customer service. One retail rep argued with me about law, though she never presented her law credintials. This happened AFTER the other rep claimed I can shop in the store without a mask until someone else comes in. At that point I would have to leave. At JJILL medical conditions are discriminated against."
