"I ordered a large Chi Tea with Mocha. The drink itself is good, but I only got a 12 ounce cup (i was informed that the small is 8 ounces). Very disappointing considering I paid almost $8 for the beverage. I was told that the cup sizes were based on the caffeine content of the drink, so a Chi Tea doesn't come in a larger size than 12 ounces. Considering that I can get the same drink at Starbucks for around $6, and get a 24 ounce cup of it, I wouldn't waste your money here. If you do buy a drink, just be sure to ask which cup you are getting so that you know what your paying for. The atmosphere is great until the drinks are being made and then it is super loud. I almost felt that I needed hearing protection whilst waiting for my drink. And looking around, people were trying to converse, but it was obvious that it wasnt an easy task during that evolution. Additionally, the men's bathroom door is not on a slow shutting hinge so, unless you are prepared for it, it slams loudly... obviously, not good for the ideal atmosphere. I had to apologize to the large group of folks that were sitting right next to the restroom as they were looking at me as if it was slammed on purpose. I assessed five points which were, atmosphere, cost, taste, customer service, and cleanliness. Since the drink itself was good, the customer service was good, and the cleanliness was good, I gave them 3 stars. Keep in mind that I only had one of several drinks and I didn't eat any food. Side note: Parking is shared between multiple businesses, but I didn't have any issue finding a spot during my 4pm visit."
