"I love Braums! They have good ice cream! Unfortunately, I see a lot of bad reviews about people going in right before they close. IF YOU KNOW THEY ARE FIXING TO CLOSE, WHY GO? I get that you want ice cream, but at the end of the day, they just want to go home just like we would."

"Well, me and my kids should appear right when right before they were about to close. We went in. They were kind of rude and mad that we got in ready for they closed the doors they served us but was not friendly. You literally just got four ice cream cones and then they rushed us out. I do recommend going here because it does have good ice cream. I just don't care for their customer service or the fact that they were so perturbed about us coming in right before they closed."

"This place was good in the past, but now is just disgusting most of the time. The burgers always soggy and the bread is falling apart there is so much grease, and parts of the wrappin melted to the side of the burger. this establishment needs to have better quality control. Not just this braums but the others to. Some of the other products are good tho."

"I would like to rate them more because they were friendly and the frozen yogurt we got was great, but we also bought a muffin. Now we were there Jan. 2nd and today is the 3rd went to open the muffin for the first time to eat it, and it was molded now how does that happen if it's a fresh muffin just bought the other day and says expiration is 1/4 something isn't right here. Mind you the muffins are not sealed so also that strikes me as weird, and I didn't notice that till we were about to open it today, and eat it. Wasn't left anywhere to hot or too cold in the house. I toom pictures but the pictures don't really do it just the way it looked to us in this lighting. This is just a warning to all to eat the muffin the day you buy it, but also look at it closely, because food poisoning from mold can make you really sick, this I know from experience, and working in food services, and in the medical field. We won't be back to this one, and if we do it won't be to buy any food from them other than frozen yogurt that's it! The discoloration spots are the mold. Bottom right in each photo. That's the date on the bottom for expiration but notice no seal around the muffin why is that though. There muffins were out in a basket at the cashier counter so maybe the temperature caused this muffin to mold early, so I'd check the rest as well for food safety."
