"Waited for an hour for 3 combos. Just to have a worker to hand our food out to someone else."

"Ordered dine in at the counter and sat down to wait, it was freezing inside the dining room but it's cold outside so whatever. After 25 minutes of waiting I asked if my order was ready and within 30 seconds my food was delivered to the table, needless to say it was all luke warm/cold. Which tells me it was just sitting back there for a while. I asked for a refund the manager gave me attitude saying 25 minutes is the normalwait time, while another guy who looked like a regional manager or owner, came from the back with a meat thermometer saying he didn't believe me about the food temp, but after checking he agreed it wasn't the right temp. I got my refund and drove over to the south OKC store and ordered the exact meal and was eating within 12 minutes of placing my order. Wing stop Moore failed at every turn today and has cost them any future business from myself."

"Employee on personal phone call complaining that she keeps having to answer stupid customers stupid questions even though their food isn't ready yet. Then continued to bash customers openly to her friend on phone"

"Wings were good, Buffalo loaded fries were good, plain fries were okay. The plain fries had a garlic seasoning that I wasn't big on but with ketchup you couldn't taste the garlic. The flavors of wings we tried were Hawaiian, Garlic Parm, Mild, & Spicy Korean. All were good, the mild were one of the best mild flavored wings I've had."

"This is a good choice for a swift dinner option when you just don't have time to cook...The seasonings on the wings are hit and miss here... Sometimes the flavors are spot on and other times it's way too much... The customer service can be a bit unprofessional... The chicken is good and the sides are decent... Depending what day it is, it might be worth looking into any specials that might be going on at that time... Good wings at a fair price..."
