"Phillina took our order and was just super unfriendly. You can hear the idc and hate being here in her voice. Didn’t speak at the window accept to say 32.02 nothing else. Food was okay, fries were cold an soggy. My burger was wrong and they put cheese on it when I asked for no cheese and even says on receipt so now gotta drive all the way back for something stupid that is literally printed on a screen for them to make. Food Tasted like it was sitting for awhile not hot and fresh like you’d expect being the only ones there to eat. Better service and employees that pay attention and care about there work and it would be good. Feel like this is how this location is every time we go. Upon referring the burger it was made in less than a minute so obviously wasn’t fresh again.no sorry or my bad just grabbed it remade an handed out the window. Worst part is not sitting with my family eating dinner."

"Waited in line for about 30 mins at the window before they took my card and they could clearly see at the drive thru window! They were not even busy they had one car before me and as of right now 2 cars behind me it shouldn’t take this long to have someone take payment when told to pull up to the second window! How does it take 45-50 mins total to get my order y’all are slow customer service this place is ridiculous! Also I’d like to add my food had a hair in the chicken tenders at the bottom!!"

"the girl with the face tattoos was amazing!! went in earlier today for lunch. she was incredibly quick with our order and incredibly kind!! best service I've ever had here in years. this girl absolutely knows what she's doing. amazing customer service. absolutely wonderful hostess!"

"I don’t go out to eat often, so when I do it’s a little treat to myself. Let me just say the customer service here is FANTASTIC! Specifically from the girl with the face tattoos, I don’t remember her name, but she made a world of difference in my dining experience and it truly was a treat thanks to her! Very professional, friendly, and the food was delicious! You don’t get service like she offers very often these days! I will definitely be returning thanks to her!"

"Stopped through on my way back home from out of state, and the service was wonderful!!! The employee who took my order was so kind and patient with me, recommending what I should get since I had never eaten at a Carl's Jr ... I would have loved to get her name! She had face tattoos, that I can remember ... great service and great food. If l'm ever traveling through this area again, I would 100% come here every time."
