"They do not pay attention to the lobby at all. Customers came in, waited and left in frustration. Took 25 minutes to get my order! Food was cold. No condiments or plasticware I requested. They lost a lot of business this morning for failing to accommodate the lobby counter. Drive thru was their only focus."

"Waited quite a while for my food. Order was incorrect. Workers were nice. Was probably an honest mistake. It was breakfast and they were busy. Honest review. The store looks nice after the remodel but they should have expanded the lobby a little bit. It's small inside and uninviting. I'm old school I like to sit down and eat my food.."

"About 10pm last night I ordered a meal with fries without salt. I had to drive back because the fries were raw droopy and greasy from pulling them up too early and not draining them right. They also didn't fill the fry box full in the first place. I got home again they were done but got cold already and looks like it's time to change the vat grease. They replaced them without a lot of drama like in the past when they messed up my orders but it's annoying to drive back especially at that hour. I thought they had stopped messing up my orders but no. Wouldn't answer my 3 phone calls and Google site confusing for hours for close-said closing soon 11pm and 12 both?!"

"I hate how I have to wait an HOUR before someone decides to take my order whenever I go inside. It feels like I’m being prioritized lastly out of all the ways to order. There will be employees just standing around doing jack squat and I still don’t get assisted. I honestly DO NOT recommend eating here unless you have plenty of time to kill. Definitely do not go if u haven’t eaten in hours and are in a rush(my circumstance)"

"Update 2.18.22 Much better thank you! Needs improvement 2.8.22 Order spicy chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger without onions. They repeated no onions on the burger but yet did not ring up the double cheeseburger. I paid and went around. The lady offering the food had no idea how to offer a solution for me and told me that she had to just go off of what the paper said. Finally a manager intervened and said please pull back around. I paid for an additional double cheeseburger and the pictures so the results of the service. Barely any fries also old and cold. The cheeseburger that was actually a mistake on their part and still paid for by me looks like they made out of retaliation as horrible as possible."
