"This hospital is not up to the standards of other hospitals I have been or even visited. An inmate has more room in a cell then the room my family member had. There's a constant noise level that there shouldn't be in the hallways on a recovery floor. Parking is horrendous. 1st time parking was okay finding a spot but the parking slip reader was broke. Second time I had to take a bigger vehicle for patient pick up I could not find a parking spot and p1 is not tall enough for an expedition so I had to drive around for an hour, I finally gave up and parked in the no parking and still had to wait because it took over 2 hours to process a release on a patient. Er didn't even have parking spaces available. There is also trash cans overflowing."

"If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Very horrible experience. The registered nurse Scott is very rude, he ripped the IV out of the patients arm while she was in pain. Also shouted and told her that her pain wasn’t that bad. I do not recommend this emergency room at all! The patient was also wrapped in covers with urine on it. We notified the nurses and nothing was done about it."

"If you’re lucky enough to have the nurse we did you will love her! Victoria was amazing and so sweet! She was born to take care of people! I don’t think my husband wanted to be discharged."

"My daughter tried to commit suicide by jumping off of a dam. Surgeons were amazing. Nursing staff were rude, some were ok. Nursing management were unprofessional and rude. Psyche team is polite but useless. How are you today is not good psyche care. They did an unsafe discharge and within a month and a half she overdosed. I was amazed at how uncaring and rude the nurses were and how caring and nice the surgeons were. I always thought it was the opposite. This place should fire all their Nursing staff from the top down and start over. Then let's talk about the "live policies". You cannot get written policies from this hospital, and they cannot show them to you because it is against their policy. What a joke. Please do not send your loved one to this hospital. They threatened to send my daughter to a homeless shelter in a wheelchair days after her last surgery(she had multiple). This is our medical care today. I was reading the reviews. Many are bad about the 5th floor. Funny, that is where my daughter was. The trauma floor. Where you should have skilled, compassionate nurses."

"My grandmother was placed on 5th floor after surgery. This is by far the worst health care experience. The majority of call lights were not answered for at least 30 minutes. No one got her out of bed until day 3, her nurse finally assisted her to the chair. She is on day 4 and has not been bathed or teeth brushed. we have not see house keeping once. The rooms are absolutely disgusting. The walls and floors unsanitary. Our family went out of our way to be there the majority of stay, because we felt uncomfortable to leave her alone, knowing she would not get quality care. I’m saddened by this health care system."
