"No one knows what they are doing. We asked for an exchange for a different size, the same material as the exchange. We had the price tag on it but no receipt. They refuse to exchange unless we pay the difference for the price they have now in the store. Very slow service, took forever and everyone had to wait. Bad experience"

"My mother went in the store and was told a backpack(that was marked 30% off) would be 48 dollars with the discount they had for it. My sister and I went back 20 minutes later and purchased the bag, not realizing we had paid full price. My mother went back immediately to get her money back and the sales rep helping her was unprofessional, rude, and unapologetic, and refused to give us the discount. The signs were still up (and had been all day) and she lied to our faces and said they were no longer doing the discount. We got our money back but we will NOT be returning to a place with such terrible customer service and imbeciles who give you back your tax when you didn't pay any (the outlet had a no tax day)"
