"Called the store to express a shipping concern because they had placed an online order for me. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience on the phone. The woman talked to me like I was a child and explained what a business day was and counted the days with me on the phone as if I (a) did not know what a business day was and (b) didn't understand how many days had passed. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. This location needs to CAREFULLY consider either the lack of customer service training they provide to their employees, or be more careful about who they hire and make sure they aren't condescending jerks."
