"Very unprofessional; especially the front staff. We called about an emergency appointment and they said they could not get us in for several days. After pressing and stating how urgent the matter was, they got me in for the next day - late in the afternoon. Once we arrived, the front had CANCELLED our appointment saying we did not confirm even though we had made the appointment less than 24 hours prior. THEN Dr Sloan tried to tell me my child was miserable and tried to insinuate that there was neglect AS IF I hadn't have been begging them to get him in. On top of all of that, even though we had been in several times(and have corrected this issue before), they still did not have the correct insurance information in their system and tried to overcharge me."

"Dr. Sloan is a godsend and my family and I are truly thankful for her. I have been seeing her for 3 years. She also delivered my baby and sees her too. She’s very personable and knowledgeable. Her office will always get you in last minute if they can. The rest of her staff is friendly too. My stepdaughter (not a patient) loves going with me to the office because of how friendly everyone is to her. Wish I could give more stars. I have recommended her to friends that love her as well!
