"Receptionist was late, kind of rude and irritable. Due to Covid each patient was to have one guest with them. She let some families have 2 guest and made other families send someone home. You'd think everyone would be treated equally and recieve a certain level of customer service. I would've added her name but she keeps leaving people waiting at the front while she's sitting in another room."

"Horrible experience. Didn't have regular doctor. Substitute couldn't have cared less when she was in in August 2018. One of the nurses was a snippy B. My mother was 93 and in heart wing. I slept up there with her because I was afraid to leave her alone! She came from ICU after having internal bleeding. ICU was great. She was there 3 days. Once on heart wing. Released 2 days after she got there. Probably because she has Medicare/Medicaid. You know unless you are private pay anymore they treat you like 3rd class citizens. I still have pictures on my phone of her blood pressure ECT. 4 hours before she was released it was between 180-210 on top!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!! AND THEY SENT HER HOME. Unless her Interventional Cardiologist is in town WE ARE NOT GOING THERE. NOT WITHOUT LEGAL ADVICE!"

He came into the ER suffering from a massive heart attack, his artery was 99% blocked, the particular heart attack he had is referred to as “The Widow Maker” because very few people survive it, I remember thinking when they rolled him through the doors that I would never see him again. But because of the quick thinking of the now retired Dr. Poole and his team I have had 11 more amazing years with my dad. Would 100% recommend this hospital"

"My wife was taken here multiple times and every time she had to wait multiple hours to get a room even with a scheduled surgery. 7hrs in recovery after surgery before they just finally stuck her on a random floor. Then ended up having to come back a few days later because she had a pain full lump that was getting bigger. Ct scan showed fluid so they scheduled surgery for the next day at which time they had to open her back up didn't find the "fluid" but had to stitch up her colon and remove multiple lesions that "must have appeared" after the surgery and a "infection they had never seen before". They kept her for 7 days to watch this "infection". All of this for a hysterectomy!! We feel someone messed up and had to try and fix their mistake. Its been 3 days since she got home and the pain is back so we will be taking her to different hospital to be checked this time."
