"UPDATE: Still do not return phone after receiving a letter from them. They gave the WRONG phone number for us to talk to someone about our concerns NO ANSWER. GIVING wrong information to a different rehab for our son to looked at and maybe transferred. STILL miscommunication between case manger and doctors when giving information to families. We talk about one rehab and then 2 days later DOCTOR wants a different , so when it was talked about to case manger she didn't know anything. THEN talks about patient information on a video chat that should have been TALKED about before or after NOT during a video chat when others were on there. THEY do not return phone calls or do not give updates. You do not hear from the doctors. They notify you hours later of an accident. They don't follow up with video chats when they are scheduled."

"Worse place ever!!!! My father got place there after having Covid. Nurse were horrible because they were short staff. My father fell and they didn’t notified us til the next day. He developed a sore and they didn’t take care of it. They would take my father phone so he couldn’t inform us how horrible they were. Needless to say my father was there 1 week and we took him out of there. Please do not place your love ones here."

"My father was placed here after a stroke. We were finally allowed to come visit him as he was dying. The security guard called administration and made us all leave leaving my dad to die alone. He was resuscitated with a DNR in place and placed on a ventilator without our consent. We were not told of his skin ulcers from laying there until we were able to see him in person and could see how bad he was. Communication is awful from the doctors. The only reason they get a star is for the nursing staff who tried. This place is terrible."

"This facility is a joke. My brother was admitted here and turns out that they were under staffed. Two nurses for the whole floor. One of the doctor, who I suppose is from India was very rude and out of his mind. The nurses are rude, they are old, lazy and gossipy. Overall, my brother's stay was a nightmare. My suggestion, stay out of this place. All the staff is not good."

"My Mother-in-law was a patient recently at this facility it was the worst care ever, some of the nursing staff was the worst . Let's start with nurses breaking All Hippa laws giving patients info to people who are there just visiting never asking who's who.Ask for the Dr to call she stayed there over a Month Doctor never called.Supervisor weren't very visible or helpful , case manager asked me to find my own nursing facility not knowing what my mother 's health needs are. They just weren't very helpful to the patient or to the family at all a very bad experience, I hope from this point on that this facility and staff get the necessary training they need in order to serve the patients quality care that they so deserve in their hours of need."
