"the scheduling person for new patients was so rude. kept correcting my lisps. I have a hard time talking and pronouncing stuff, and definitely last names of the dr i was referred for. at the end, she asked DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK?" Like so rude, she said she would have someone call me back to schedule me, but that has never happened yet. like comon, I'm literally having heart issues and need to be seen asap"

"I’m giving it a two star only because the two stars represent the fact that the doctors, nurses, and the patients were great but HR, DIRECTOR of the PCCU nursing staff, and last but not least CHERINA in house resource management AWFUL. I worked here for almost a year and if you have mental health issues (don’t even bother telling anyone or HR for that matter because no doctors note is acceptable in their minds) I filed for unemployment because of this. Nothing but getting targeted by one person and nothing is done about it because she’s got way more power than I did because I was just a simple CNA. I’m not going to lie I had lots of experience, lots of opportunities that I am forever grateful for but that was only once in awhile. The doctors never minded when I wanted to watch and learn something that I have never seen nor have I ever experienced before. I live the doctors here they’re amazing; but again, the other staff I mentioned forget it."

"Receptionist/schedulers are rude on the 3rd floor and it seems like they are tired of being at work like patients are bothering them. I feel like they should at least say hello when you arrive. My dad had an ultrasound today and we were standing there for about 2 mins, 3 ladies just staring at the computer and didn't acknowledge us and one at the end yelled Last name..... No hi how are you? Just Last name asked about insurance gave us a clipboard and told us to have a seat. Nurses and Doctors are great! I'm thankful for them and they do amazing work, They just need better staff in some areas. Thank you for all you do."

"I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. They have taken such good care of my father and everyone is so caring, housekeeping, aides, nurses, people you pass in the hall! Also, they have one of the best cafeterias!"

"The nurse with copper red hair working in the ER department of this heart hospital should pick a different career. If you want to chomp on your gum and laugh/gossip about the patients in your care, nursing isn’t for you. When talking to a patient service lady, we were informed she always has an attitude problem and we should file a complaint against her. I could understand if the place was busy but it wasn’t and we were in an out. Not a good look."
