Earl's Rib Palace

"We came in on a Sunday. We were greeted & seated promptly but the waitstaff WAS NOT GOOD. After waiting for 35 mins to get our food (2 orders) I finally went up to the counter & said something & they brought the food out & I guess the Mgr took care of bill. I like the service they used to have where we just ordered & sit down. The wait staff IS NOT friendly after they seat you. No asking how we are doing, no apologies for the service. I don't think we'll be back. I also had a to go order that was supposed to be done after we ate. We notified them that we were ready for our to go order & again waited another 20ish mins. Potato salad was warm also."

"We live in Yukon and are regulars here. The food quality and prices are great. Please consider going back to “order at the counter” service. Since switching to table service, it takes twice as long for us to enjoy our meal here. The servers are friendly but there are not enough of them to take care of customers in a timely manner. It takes too long for food to arrive and you wait forever to get drinks refilled. We loved the efficiency of self-service, the ability to refill our own drinks. Please go back!"

"BBQ pork "Extremely Dry" almost as if it had been warmed in a microwave. Flavor was Blah at best. Side item flavors and temperatures were good. Establishment comfortable and clean. Employees were very nice. Overall the BBQ hype just wasn't on par with any reasonable expectation, unless you had the big corporate flavor experience in mind. I rarely ever give my opinion to the mgmt of restaurants, really what would be the outcome that would satisfy anyone. This platform was put in place to share opinions."

"Great food. Tried a variety of meats. They were all great, the only one I didn't like is the bologna. I've never been a fan of bologna though. The jalapeno poppers were great. Service was excellent. We had a bunch of kids and they were very accommodating and great with the kids. If we're back in town we'll definitely stop here again."

"Earl’s Rib Palace sounded good to us the other evening. We each had a side salad that was very fresh and delicious. The special that night was Burnt Ends, and I have a weakness for Burnt Ends ever since I had them in Kansas City. These did not disappoint; the sauce was great and complimented the smokiness very well. I loved the baked beans also. Mrs. Flip Out chose the Cheddar Burger and it was a large burger. She really enjoyed it and the curly fries were delicious. Little Flip Out also liked his burger and fries. Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items. We enjoy Earl’s when we go and think you will, too."
