"I ordered 2 Buffalo Tender Mac and Cheese Bowls, get all the way home and find out the order is wrong. The person that took my order didn’t put down Buffalo Tenders, just plain tenders. The food was great, it’s just the principle. Everyone wants to get paid more money but can’t get a simple fast food order correct. Very disappointing. Sadly, this is more and more common everywhere you go. Employee “DTOT 1” had some nice hickeys on her neck when I came to the window. Not sure I’d have this person working for me…"

"Simply okay. The food was all fresh and the staff was nice. Food flavor was very mediocre and not worth 17$ for a meal. Same goes for the sauce flavors. I tried several because the mango habanero was pretty bland. None of them were mind blowing."

"This location, the last couple of visits, has been lacking in consistency. Got home one Sunday, and the order was completely wrong they gave us two Cayenne Ranch Crisy Chicken wraps, which should have been one Buffalo and one Slim's wrap. Today was probably the most disappointing. The wraps were cold, and the fries were cold. Also, they gave us just a wrap instead of the meal. So the girl had to correct the order while we waited in the drive-thru. Also, it seems the wraps are shrinking, or they are skimming on the veggies. UPDATE ALERT !!!!! This is an update on this restaurant. Today, I think I'm done 2-5-24. The last two pictures are from today. The wraps just keep getting smaller and smaller. The chicken strips are shrinking as well. I stopped eating their wraps on this original post date, but my roommate still buys their products. The owner of this business needs to do better, I will not continue to pay these prices for shrinking food and rising prices."

"This was our first visit. We were warmly greeted by Jonathan upon entry and he was patient while we reviewed the menu. Short time later we received our food piping hot. The chicken was good but I would have liked some of the fry seasoning applied. Fries were good as was the gravy and Mac & Cheese. I would suggest adding more pepper to the gravy and Mac & Cheese. Otherwise the restaurant was clean, friendly and well organized. Finally, if you get cold easily, take a jacket as it’s quite cold. We will return."

"Great food - great service and clean location! We loved it. We had the Chick's plate, Slims plate and a Cajun ranch sandwich meal. Food came out quick and fresh. Service was super friendly"
