"Let's begin this disastrous experience with the initial experience, which began with the call in for the order. I made the 1st call around 4:30pm. We were traveling to Oklahoma from Texas, and if my estimation of the trip was accurate, we would be arriving at around 8:40. I have to say that the lady who took my order was both helpful and informative. I placed the order of 50 breaded wings half Spicy Garlic and half 3 Mile. They were breaded, and my request was for all drums extra crispy, extra sauced. I also made sure to tell the nice lady that I wanted an 8:40pm pick up, to which she replied no problem. We began packing up the car to head out, but as any father with road trip experience knows, things just don't always go as planned. Long story short, we left around 6 pm. After a conversation with my wife, we decided we should cancel the order as my in-laws most likely would not be eating that late. Here is where the fun begins. I called several times and spoke with the manager on duty. He was very professional, courteous, and as helpful as he could be. However, since the order was placed so far in advance for a later time, the store in Yukon, Oklahoma, had not received the order yet. After several calls to the customer service number, the frustration began brewing. They could not see my order or find it. They took my payment pretty immediately, I must say. So let's fast forward to 7pmish. I finally got through to the store. A nice young lady answered. She said that they were about to start the order. I asked if we could postpone the order as we would not be arriving at the initially estimated 8:40pm. I gave the updated ETA. She assured me there was no problem. Since she was so accommodating, I asked if she could update the order, to which she responded well. We changed the order to include 15 regular hot along with the 3 mile and spicy garlic. I was also making sure that they were all drums as initially requested. She reassured me that they would be all drums. We arrive at 9:40 pm and I go to pick up the order. There is no greeting, I have to find someone to help me. I get my order and, against all sound judgments, to check the order we left, as the family was tired and hungry. Here is where it gets worse. I open the boxes and immediately notice that they are about 75% flappers, NO regular hot. You see what happened was they want through with the original order and made bo attempts to cook them again and fresh. The wings I received were swimming in a pool of oil and grease and had been sitting so long they shrunk considerably in size. I will attach pictures. I have been calling and calling with no answer. Hopefully, Hooters will attempt to make this right. Glen George"

"I honestly didn't eat anything. I just picked up a door dash. It was the first time I'd been inside the building since it opened some years back. I was really surprised by the size of it and how nice it was. The traditional interior decor of Hooters usually does nothing for me. The cedar everything an wood on the floors, bartops, urinals and toilet seats is cool if you're eating steak with peanuts for appetizers. And I guess there's really nothing wrong with it but this building is way modern looking with finished concrete floors and lots of glass so you're looking outside everywhere you look including up. I liked it. Good design. It's got a great atmosphere. Will be back when I have more time."

"My family went there today 8-4-2023 and had a great time!! Our server Kaylee was super nice and helpful the food was very delicious we will definitely come here again I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich the bun was nice and soft and the heat of the medium buffalo sauce was perfect"

"I am not normally so negative about a place. But I will say NOPE WILL NOT GO BACK. Walked in and the greeting was nice. Got to sit right down. Had a very nice waitress. She was good with he kids. Got the chips and cheese. I liked the chips but the cheese was a little bland(I’m. Not a big cheese fan). It took over a half hour to get our food. My burger was dry no flavor, only half had sauce on it. My Tots where one big clump of tots. And extremely crunchy. Wife was not impressed with her burger also. She boy ate half. One of my kids got boneless wings. He or I could not eat them the sauce was bad,spoiled made wrong or something. And the picture of the chicken on the red plate not good and that cost us $10.00? Really? The waitress notice notice the kid did not eat much food. We said it was bad sauce. She said you should have said something. Gave us $8.00 of when she came back and said sorry about the Tatertots I didn’t say anything about the tots to her?? The meal cost almost $60. Not impressed with the food at all more than likely will not go back. Could spend the $60 at twin Peaks and had some better food and be stuffed."
