"Terrible. Tried to go some place quick because my kids were hungry. It took 30 minutes to get our food and it was all cold. Lots of people waited a long time for their food. I understand being understaffed, but they should at least tell people there is a wait. They also messed up 2 out of 6 orders. It was terrible. The worst A&W/Long John Silver I've ever been to."

"Enjoyable variety of seafood and chicken. Miss having one in my town. Pretty fast and friendly service. Everything was hot and fresh, cooked to order. Lots to choose from. Very convenient being right off the highway. The restaurant was pretty clean considering they were probably short staffed. They did what they cook."
