"Took my son to the Emergency Room last night. I am a long-term care administrator so I pay close attention to processes and customer service. This ER was absolutely amazing. They greeted us upon arrival, placed us in a room very quickly, we had labs completed in less than 30 minutes and explained everything very thoroughly. I received a copy of all of his lab work. His discharge papers had notes typed on them about everything we discussed and exactly what I needed to do from this point forward. I have heard over the years that Electra Hospital was 5-star and now I know why."

"I was recently admitted to EMH for cardiac therapy. I could not possibly have asked for better care. The staff could not have been any more efficient and caring, from Ben Siegler to the Therapist, RN's, LVN's, Aids, and housekeepers. If you need hospital care I would suggest that you visit these folks !! I hated to leave, but it sure was good to get home !!! God Bless them all !!! Thanks Again to all of you !!!"

"I came in with a broken collar bone I got while I was hunting. This hospital was the closest one to me from where the incident occurred and was about a 25 minute drive. Upon arriving, I had some very expensive hunting gear just sitting out in the open on my trailer. Maintenance team took the initiative and watched over it while I was inside. Once inside I was directed to the correct spot to be seen. After about an hour I was released. Everyone working that day was extremely nice and eager to make sure I was comfortable for the time I was there. My family and me just wanted to say thank you for your hospitality and making sure I was OK!"
