The employees could use a good lesson in basic hospitality, although I'm sure management is falling short as well."

You didn't even bother to look at my receipt when I attempted to return a pair of already scuffed and worn boots that I had bought the day prior in said condition. You insisted the boots you sell are in "pristine shape ". My brother in Christ, how the hell can you tell someone that with a straight face when there's no storage, no back stock!? Meaning of course the ones you have on the shelf are going to suffer wear and tear especially when the store probably sees 100 customers a day or so. I bought them not caring much for how many scratches and peeling they had thinking that returning them wouldn't be an issue.
