"Target in Wichita Falls is a wonderful place to shop. The store is clean, and the employees are helpful & friendly."
"Went in this morning and had a very unpleasant experience with team lead Sierra. I asked a team member for 2 pink Stanley cups, as I was getting them as Christmas presents. Went up to pay, and the team member working the register couldn’t scan them. She went to customer service to ask Sierra for help. Sierra immediately snatched them from me, and told the team member they’re not for sale until 12/31. I asked her if I could put them on hold and she said no. I asked what time they’d be released and she said idk, we open at 8, and marched off—no apology or anything. I know for a fact that this target location put last weeks 12/17 release date Stanleys out a few days earlier than they were supposed to be released, so I wasn’t able to get those either. I have seen other target locations override the system to keep their customers happy. As someone who has been working service industry management for over ten years, I am simply mortified by Sierra’s lack of customer service skills."
"I went to Target and purchased over $142 dollars of merchandise. When I went to check out, none of the regular lanes were open, it was all the self-check lanes. Took me forever! Then when I finally finished, the payment card reader would not take my Redcard (Target Card) which I have had since 1996! Luckily, I did have another credit card that I could use, or I would have had to leave without my items! I had received a letter a few weeks ago from Target stating that they were going to cancel my credit card if I did not use it by the end of the year. I guess if they are not going to let me use it, they might as well cancel it."
"Bring back customer service by having Target employees ring up our purchase and helping! It’s it’s understandable to have a few express check outs I’d you only have a few small items but not at all helpful when my cart is full! Not to mention the self check out is extremely cramped up and hard to navigate!"
"It's bright and clean and has quality goods. It's pleasant to shop here, except for one thing: The music is atrocious. All that banging and screaming have me leaving as soon as possible so I don't have to listen to it. It seems that soft, relaxing music would encourage shoppers to stay longer, therefore, buying more."
