"So the food is great when they actually make what you order. My boyfriend ordered the monster and they ended up giving him a meat ball sub (on multiple occasions). Also when we go in and the younger staff is there it’s a great environment and amazing energy. But when we go in there and it’s this older lady that’s short and heavier set she’s so rude and has to make rude comments. Like if you ask what bread I want I don’t need a “of course YOU do just like everyone else” and she’ll roll her eyes at us. That’s not needed. But it’s rude if I were to do that to her. And it’s not like I’m a rude customer. I’d say I’m pretty nice and I tip well every time I go in there. I get it, sometimes I go in there and it’s 1am but I just got off work it’s not my fault she works the grave yard hours. Just wish I could have a better experience with her there."
