"This pharmacy is truly a disaster. I chose to use this pharmacy since it is open 24/7 and has a drive-thru, but these benefits do not outweigh the disappointing experience. I have used this pharmacy for over a year now (plenty of time for them to work out any kinks), however it is still a bad experience every time I go. I was started on a medication where I take half of a pill twice a day for one week, and then increase my dose to one pill twice a day, thereafter. After I completed that first course of the medication, you would think they (being a pharmacy and all) would know that I need 60 pills for a 30 day supply. Unfortunately, that was not the case, and I had to repeatedly argue with them to get my refills. I requested to have applicable medications set to renew automatically and to be notified when refills are needed/ready for pick-up. Yet, every month, I have to be the one to call and get my medications refilled and call to ensure they are ready for pick-up. There have been a few times where I am waiting to my prescription to be refilled, but it is out of stock, and no one notified me so I can make other arrangements. The wait time on the phone to speak to an actual human being is long. I have had to wait on hold for 20+ minutes before getting any assistance. The drive-thru line is always a 30+ minute wait, and the line inside the building is just as long. While the staff is friendly, the overall experience is dreadful. I will definitely be changing pharmacies."
"Horrible experience. Doctor told me ahead of time had called in my prescription but had to leave it on the voicemail because there was no answer. I called 2 hours later and after being on hold for over 40 minutes I drove up to the Walgreens to try to get my z pack my doctor called in. Waited in line for 15 minutes hearing people being told the pharmacy didn’t have their prescription. I was then told the same thing, nothing here for you. I informed them my doctor couldn’t get through and left it on the voicemail. I was told to have a seat and wait for the pharmacist. After another 10 minutes or less I was called back up and told they have my prescription and will be filling it and to wait again. So after spending an hour plus, sick, waiting for the prescription, I finally get it and leave. I will never use this pharmacy again. Good luck if you do!"
"Been with this pharmacy for years and I'm pulling all of my prescriptions out. They say prescriptions are refilled, but don't refill them. Their customer service when they do mess up is awful and act like it's the customer's fault. Horrible communication. Over and over again, not just a one off bad day. I am a big Walgreens fan, but this store gives them a bad name. I don't know what happened 6 months ago or so but management.... is horrible."
"DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!! This is the worst experience I have had at a pharmacy. I had a tooth pulled at 12:30pm today. My dentist called in my prescription as I was leaving at around 1:30pm. When I got home, I called to confirm that they had my prescription. I was placed on hold for 35 minutes before I was told it would take several hours to fill the prescription. It has been around 7 hours, and I have not heard anything from the pharmacy. I have been on hold for 45 minutes and am still waiting. The time is now 9:15pm. After being on hold for 52 minutes, I was told that they could put me on their waiting list with a wait time of 111 minutes. After asking what the hold up was, I was told that they are really busy and they are still working on prescriptions from yesterday. I then asked, why do you not inform the dentist that you would not be able to fill the prescription for 12+ hours? I was told that the pharmacist did not have time to do that. So, I'm guessing that I will not get my prescription tonight. I hope I can sleep cause I have to way to manage the pain and I have to be at work at 7am tomorrow. I will not be able to pick up my prescription until I get off work tomorrow at 3:30pm. So, from my procedure time until I am able to take a pain pill to help manage the pain will be 26+ hours. This is completely unacceptable! NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!"
"If I could leave 0 starts I would. My prescription was called in at 2pm. Figure I’d give them time to get it ready as it is the weekend. I came in to pick up around 7 and the pharmacy tech stated they received my prescription “6 minutes ago” and that the best thing she could do was text me when the prescription which I have been waiting for hours is finally ready. I decided to wait for about an hour outside Walgreens rather than driving home and come back. I went into the pharmacy to check on it. Their costumer service was horrible. The clerk on the front desk said “still not ready and I know you didn’t get a text message saying it was ready because it’s not and I cannot tell you when it will be so just wait for the text message.” Never using this Walgreens again even if it is the one 24h one. One thing is being busy or understaff and another one is to have terrible costumer service and no sympathy for their consumers."
