"Everything was great but I got a little outfit for my cousin and the anti theft tag was still on it and I didn't notice it so when I did notice it I was already home and I tried to call and see if I could bring it back up there so that they could take the tag off and they didn't pick up the phone at all and I waited for awhile so try to do better at picking up the phones."

"They have good customer service but they want you to download the app to get any deals, but when the machine doesn’t clip anything and process the transaction for the coupon they want you to return when the manager comes on another day to save $3. I typically don’t shop here, so coming out of my way is just funny. They’re definitely a joke for that. If you want to save money using their app better make sure the manager is on-site first. Because she will not walk them through on what to do if she even does anything to correct it."

"I really tend to enjoy Family Dollar stores and this one is also really good. The only negative I have is that the store is often times very cluttered and disorganized. I’ve purchased a handful of grocery items that have turned out to be expired, but more times than not that doesn’t happen. The aisles are generally pretty stocked. The only other downside is the staffs lack of knowledge when it comes to the mobile app and the digital coupons. It would be really helpful if the store was to include some education to all new employees about the mobile app and the digital coupons they provide. All in all, I will continue ur to stop in at this store when I am in town."

"Love the store.Very kind staff. Need to explain mobile apps to them I had to tell cashier why I'd get $5 off still can't get it. Been to every family $ each can't help they all send me away. Also 11th & Garnett refused to let me return, exchange or rec'd store credit is also fxxxpfor other item"
