"Michelle is fantastic! Trimmed nails quickly & accurately. Upon entrance, the first groomer closest to the front door, made eye contact but did not acknowledge me, not even with a knod. But instead, she choose to quickly looked down. SMH! THAT WAS VERY RUDE! I started to turn around and "walk out" but then looked to my right and was immediately acknowledged by Michelle. Great attitude & heart(mannerisms)."

"One star because this review needs to make a difference in the overall ratings. I took my dog here a couple times. The place is not so clean but not the worst. The grooming isn’t bad for the price you pay. What made me decide to stop scheduling with them was my dogs last visit. The customer service was bad. I called and was told I shouldn’t call around the time I called because they’re busy. Point made. I’m not taking my dog back."
