"Rude and disrespectful. The hispanic lady talks to some girl and that girls boyfriend has cut us in line twice already. The closed 1 door permanently but still have the enter sign so i was confused my first visit and i have only been 4 times in total and each time is worse then the first not to mention i bought and item then returned to buy another item and the system wouldn't accept my card so i had to go use the atm and pay the fee to give them cash as it somehow suspects fraud for more than 1 transaction. Sent my daughter in today as my son is u der the weather and she waited until it was her turn as the hispanic lady was talking to another person then she had an attitude with my daughter. We dont just walk up on the cashier, especially with covid we try to be even more careful about following the rules but they just expect you to walk up and place your stuff on the counter not wait until your called regardless if they seem occupied. I'd rather go to QT or Dollar General now regardless of Family Dollar convenient location of being closer than my home."
"This store is fairly new but the ghetto has already taken its toll. The front door is broken and unpacked stock is always laying in the aisles so you can barely get around them. The only reason i go into this store is because it's literally 50 feet from my dad's car lot."
