"11/19/2023. Very disappointed in the way store is operated. Went in for about 10 items. Went to check out and was in a line of about 10 people with only 1 self checkout operating and 1 clerk talking on the phone. I left basket and walked out. Very sad experience."

"We walked in 15 minutes before they closed and we were greeted with hardcore stares by the manager and we were yelled at saying “WE CLOSE IN 15 MINUTES”. Which we were just grabbing a few things. Then as we were literally walking up to check out we were once again yelled at by the manager saying “ATTENTION SHOPPERS DOLLAR GENERAL WILL CLOSE IN 4 MINUTES” we were basically at checkout, and we were the only ones inside it was so blatantly disrespectful."

"It was the same as always of course? They advertised 3 day sale Thursday. 3rd Friday 4th and Saturday 5th. 6pk dr pepper bottles. 5 for $10. The manager said he didn't know anything about it, he said 4 for $10 or 3 for $8 There were people behind me and he didn't believe me. I came home and my cousin looked it up and sure enough! I get tired of trying to buy things on sale and it doesn't give me the sale price. I mean sick of it!! I hardly shop at Dollar General anymore Too much hastle@!!! Rebecca Goettman okc, ok."
