"Nice campground facilities and fish clean stations. Water is really down and it's only April. Sad, but still pretty. Saw some geese."
"Great lake. Pretty large considering the rural area. Great park attendants. Just wish people would clean up after themselves. DO NOT BRING GLASS! It is against the rules and we find it everywhere."
"We stopped here as part of the Nebraska Passport. This is a huge lake that has RV parking right up to the lakes edge. It was really cool to see the RV's with the kayaks and jet ski's in the water right next to them. The eroding sandhills provide a breathtaking backdrop to the dark blue lake. If you follow the entrance road it will lead to a lighthouse. You can walk up to the top for a great view of the area. I would come back to camp and spend time on the lake."
"Hook ups or primitive, it's a great camping experience. Easy access to the water. Great for kayaking, boating, jet skiing, canoeing. Plenty of restrooms that are refreshed daily. Pets are allowed."
