"Tonya Cook, the store manager provided horrible customer service. A man came in for a water bottle, and didn’t have enough, surprisingly she offered to cover it. He handed her what he had, and she realized one of the coins wasn’t actual currency. She asked him what it was, he wasn’t sure, so my mom looked at it, it was a guardian angel coin with angel wings. She took it back, which he and my mother both thought she was just looking at it again. He put his hand out to get it back (since it wasn’t money). She told him no, that she covered him so she’s keeping it with a nasty tone in her voice. The look of embarrassment and disappointment on his face was heart wrenching. What a way to put a person down when they already feel low. If anyone needed a guardian angel to watch over them, it was him, the man who couldn’t even afford a water bottle."
