Had both employees jump down my throat and told me I should have asked if they can do cash back before entering on the keypad for cash back. her excuse was she just clocked in. Why are you ringing people up if you don’t have money in your drawer?. And it’s not my responsibility as a customer to ASK if you have change in your drawer. Do better!"

"Went to Family Dollar to get some snacks which was chips, cookies, and candy some said $1 some said $1.25 and some chips said $1.25 also got coffee which said $7.50 but when I went to pay the prices had changed coffee was $9 dollars not $7.50 candy and some chips was $1.25 not a $1 some of chips was $2.00 and not $1.25 family dollar is false advertisement there stuff then when you ask about management say that Family Dollar company have not sent them the Price change so once you make it to the register everything changes. Don’t have a problem with the prices change just have a problem with false advertisement so things you think is a $1 or a $1.25 you grab a bunch then go to check out and the Price have change on the item $1 or a $1.25 maybe $2. you don’t know until you get to the register to checkout not cool at all"

"I just left the store on 44th street on sat and the manager was the rudest person i have meet. I bought a bamboo pillow and there was a buy 1 and get second one 50% off i told her she went back pulled tag off and told me the tag was a month and wouldnt sell it to me for what it said then i told her that she rang up to many soups that i bought and swung the screen around at me and told me that she was the manager and she know what she was doing and i needed to stop being rude to her and she didn't like when i told her i would be turning her in for attuted she was having with me she said go ahead im the manager she was a lil Mexican girl very rude and snotty i well not be going in there anymore i use to shop there all the time"
