"This place has been a blessing to our family! We are in the process of adopting twin 3 year old boys - one of them has an Autism diagnosis among other developmental delays. We went through three daycares that turned our Autistic kiddo away after only 1 day of care. Thankfully, we were referred to North Penn and they were so quick and prompt to get him enrolled and have been so patient and kind in giving him a chance. Change is hard for him and they acknowledged that upfront without me even having to explain myself. I remember the director asking his teacher to "be a little extra patient with him and give him a few weeks to adjust." It was that moment when I was like "she gets it!" Fast forward a few months later and my son is THRIVING there! Not only is he thriving (has learned so many new words & good behaviors) but he is INCLUDED in everything! They treat him just like all of the other kiddos which is exactly what he needs at this stage in his life. I cannot tell you how happy my heart was when I found out he was going to be able to participate in their little Christmas program. We love North Penn so much we are switching his twin brother over there as well. I cannot say enough nice things about all of the teachers we have encountered. They work together to provide the best, individualized care possible and it eases this mama bear's heart each day when I drop him off knowing he is going to be so loved and treated well! 10/10 recommend! "My son attends here, and let me tell you the difference in him since he’s been at creative kids. He tells me all the time, how much he loves it that he is there. Mrs Carey the director is the best! My son loves her! I strongly recommend if you’re looking for a new safe place for your kiddos, check North Penn Creative kids."
"Best learning center I've know .The teachers are very loving to all the children. I have a five year old that has been there for years and my child had alote of behaivor problems and they help me prepare him for school and he's doing well now and I thank the teachers there. I also have two other children that attend also and they love to go there."
"As a single mother, Creative Kids North Penn has been amazing. Over the past 1.5yr they have been very reliable. My 5yr old has behavioral health issues and often has severe meltdowns. It was a challenge keeping him in other daycares. CKNP shows him compassionate care and goes above and beyond to bring him back to his baseline so he can finish his day. I continue to choose CKNP because each staff member treats my child with respect and does not single him out for his condition. I highly recommend Creative Kids North Penn because they ultimately have created a nurturing environment which my child feels safe in."
"I guess there is a reason this was the only childcare facility in the area with an immediate opening for an infant. Cleanliness is not great here. the floors and surfaces are cluttered and dirty. Security is a concern. The front door lock doesn't work correctly so the front desk staff opens the door for whoever and didn't ever seem to check credentials before allowing a person to go back to a room to pick up a child. I don't understand how a childcare facility does not have cameras that parents can access in the year 2022. Communication was terrible. We received a few texts from the director and teacher assigned to our child the first few days, but then they stopped responding to our texts. They sent our child home with a paper update each day that never seemed to change. The afternoon teacher was clearly not updating the paper and could never seem to answer any questions about how the day went when we picked her up. Afternoon pickup is chaos. Whenever I went to pick up my child, there was always unsupervised toddlers just running around up near the front desk, while older kids were also running around screaming. One afternoon, they had mixed in toddlers in the infant room with only one person watching them. This is not ok. I also have concerns about the qualifications of the teachers. The person that watched our child the morning was ok but in the afternoon there was usually a young lady that seemed overwhelmed. Our child would come home everyday with a wet diaper that clearly had not been changed in hours and soiled clothing. Thank god we found an opening at a much nicer facility that after only a few days, we have seen a dramatic difference in the level of care, cleanliness, and communication."
