"Uncomfortable procedure but the nurses were all fantastic and comforting."
"The receptionists were nice. But this feels like a mill. There are a lot of people, and I felt that I was just one of the crowd. I did not feel well taken care of. I was seen by PA Kerry who was obviously in a hurry to get to the next person. She saw me less than 10 minutes and told me I needed orthotics, even though i told her my foot was still sore from having broken it . I was seen by Steve and fitted for what he calls "custom" orthotics. I paid $275 for them. I returned a few days later to get my "custom" orthotics. He used scissors to cut them to make them fit in my shoes. I told him they hurt my feet, but he said I needed to wear them to get used to them. I had a schedule to follow starting on the first day for 3 to 4 hours. By the end of 3 hours, my feet hurt so bad, I could barely walk. But I wore them every day for 5 days. My feet hurt and my right ankle was getting swollen. I finally called him and had to come back to see him. He "adjusted" the orthotics. They still hurt my feet. I told him they did not feel good right then. He said I need to wear them awhile to make sure. I took them home, wore them the next day, but barely tolerated them for an hour! My feet hurt the rest of the day. I called Steve again and told him the orthotics are not working for me, and I'd like my money back. He said I can't get my money back. He said I need to come back and he will adjust them again. This will be my THIRD visit so that he can "adjust" my "custom" orthotics. I will go back because I have no choice. I worked almost 13 hours on painful feet to earn the money to pay for these useless orthotics. They did not tell me beforehand that if they didn't work for me, I would not get my money back. I feel like I was cheated."
"I was very happy with my experience at OCOM. Service was punctual and convenient. Doctors, nurses, and other staff accurately described rhe process and treated me very well."
"I have had over a half dozen surgeries and procedures here. The staff is AMAZING. From the receptionist, check in, entry nurses and on. Everyone was friendly and seemed to truly enjoy being there. Everyone was so attentive and compassionate. Surgery isn’t fun but hands down this is the lowest stress surgery center. Would highly recommend to anyone. Dr West is an awesome dr and I’m so glad he is affiliated with this center."
"The Doctors and Nurses were great. They were helpful and attentive. Most of the CNA' s were great. Their PT needs extreme makeover. The therapist I had not only did not listen to me but kicked my walker if I stopped. Please OCOM, revamp your PT staff."
