"Seems to be their habit. Sent me to collections after not receiving a bill. Now they refuse to process my EOB. Forced me to pay the total out of pocket. Corrupt."

"I received a collection letter but never received an actual bill in the mail nor by email for $14.12 this is ridiculous.When trying to reach out to this company either one no one is available and just sending me to a recording when I finally was able to pull them up to see if I could find the bill and pay it online it wont let you pay anything under $25.This makes no sense and they should be reported.."

"Sent debt collectors after me without ever sending me a bill. I tried to call them to discuss this and was sent to an automated thing that kept telling me my entries were invalid... for my own birthday??? I'm pretty sure I know what my birthday is. An absolute disgrace to Oklahoma and our doctors."

"They have problems with their billing. When you call, the billing office, English does not seem to be their primary language. After seeing the 1 star reviews, I called SSM and they are aware of this problem as it has been ongoing for sometime. I looked on the BBB site and the Billing manager left her email on 1/19/24, regarding another complaint. I emailed that address on 1/24/24 and it was undeliverable. I'm hoping I don't get turned over to a collection agency, like other clients. I wish SSM could use another company."
