"Our two kids loved Lion Cub. We always had peace in knowing our kids were loved and being well taken care of. Our youngest was quite a rascal and safety became a concern, but the director prayed with me and for me/us and continued to work with us to resolve his behavior. We had to move, but we truly loved it there and wish Lion Cub would have moved with us."

"Was dismissed with no warning. The reasoning wasn’t accurate. I believe it was more personal as my family was already not fond of this daycare and for reasoning. They made that aware to them. I did give the benefit of the doubt and kept him there but I truly believe it was a blessing they wrongfully “didn’t wish to further this relationship” bc they aren’t good people and they are about money, not the children. Their morals are not Christian morals as they portray and they are not friendly to children when parents aren’t there as they aren’t at drop offs either. If you are in the business to care for Innocent children as they already struggle when they are not with their parents, then you should I have the passion and personality to go with it. That means having grace (as Christian’s are called to) and patience with the littles (and families) and also greet this children like they matter individually and comfort them when they are dropped off. So many times my mom left upset dropping off my toddler as there are no cheerful workers, good mornings, or comforting my upset child. Absolutely not acceptable. Makes me sad for the children that are stuck there. I’ve heard stories but not are all my experiences so I’ll leave that to those to share if they desire. This is just to help other parents make the right decision and stick with your gut if something seems off. And if it don’t. You might be tricked into thinking they are more kind than they really are. Update: saw this place multiple times on rants and raves recently and spoke to other mothers who have experienced the evil in this place. I’m often haunted when I think about this place and my first experience with a daycare allowing these people to care for the one who means most to me and looking back he always cried to go. Now he goes to a fantastic daycare and never cries and excited to go! The negative energy of these people had to be terrible for my baby and that makes me literally sick and sad that I let my child in their care for me not there to protect him. I’ve heard of these people even calling the toddlers “cry babies” and making fun of them for crying for their parents. How sick that adults can make fun and be hateful instead of comfort innocent children! This plan shouldn't be open, and the owners shouldn’t be aloud to be around kids. God sees all and the fake, and I hope that parents rethink keeping their kids here."

"Lion Cub is hands down the absolute best child care facility I’ve ever been to. I have always been anti daycare since I had a terrible experience with my first born. But taking a leap of faith and placing my children in this center has been the best decision! They love on my babies daily and I get updates on everything they do throughout the day. Sherrie is a very loving and kind hearted director! She wants the BEST of the best working at her centers to ensure the BEST care, love, and safety of the children! They take ALL precautions and inform parents of ANY matter going on at centers. Any concern I might have I can take to Sherrie and she immediately looks into it and does what is necessary to resolve whatever the concern may be!"

"We love Lion Cub!! Our daughters have attended both centers. My youngest started at 4months old and is almost 2. Any “issues” we have had (lost socks or teacher communication) have always been handled with respect and in a timely manner. Sherrie, the owner, is phenomenal!!! She truly treats the kiddos like her own. I love the family atmosphere. She is strict with her employees, but fair and appreciative of their hard work—hosting appreciation events, staff developments & giving them days off. There has been turnover with staff & my youngest daughter moved teachers, but that is because 1) childcare is HARD work & it’s not for everyone and 2) Sherrie only trusts the best with the kiddos. Sherrie and the teachers always put the kids and staff at the forefront of every decision. So thankful to be a Lion Cub Academy."

"When we first thought of putting our kid in daycare we were nervous. Immediately the staff made us feel at home. After our son was excited to go daily we knew this was the right fit. They made us apart of their family and showed more love, compassion, and knowledge than anything we could ask. Our son developed so much, learned and was loved so much. The family atmosphere here is amazing. We unfortunately are moving because of the military, we were here 2 years and will never forget how well our child was treated. We wish we weren’t moving because of Lion Cub alone. We will always recommend Lion Cub to everyone we know that comes through Wichita Falls. Thank you again to everyone there."
