"**Edited** 5 1/2 months later, after buying a full nursery set, we still have not received the rails to turn the crib into a bed, nor have we received any communication regarding them. When we called to inquire, no one knew anything, and it didn't sound like they were planning to investigate. **Edited** Customer service is excellent. Very knowledgeable employees that are happy and eager to assist. Everything in the store is handpicked and curated, and nothing has mediocre reviews online. The only downside is the price, and oh man is it a doozie. Everything is top of the line, and you should fully expect to pay top dollar for everything. Their higher end furniture is almost 2x the price of competitor's like Nebraska Furniture Mart, and easily 3-4x as much as the cheapo furniture you'd get at places like target or walmart. A set of baby clothes is easily $50 each. That's not even remotely affordable. Their diaper bags go up to $200. We were impressed with the top of the line brands they carry for car seats and strollers, and many of the books and stuffed animals are extremely adorable and relatively fair in price. It truly is a one-of-a-kind store. To be fair, even though their furniture is crazy expensive, it is extremely high quality. My problem is the market itself. As a customer you are either stuck with the cheapo stuff online or in big box stores that chip, dent, and break easily, or you pay the price of a cheap sport motorcycle for furniture here. There's no in between. Examples: the crib we liked was $899, the matching dresser was $899... But if you want the hutch attachment for the top of the dresser it's an additional $519... That's just insane, especially for such a small amount of wood and parts. The shiferobe was another $849... You see the issue now. If you want a nice looking matching set... It's going to be very expensive. Guard rails are an additional $199. I really want to shop here. I really, really do. But I just don't see much of it being in our limited budget. Or, we'll have to get a couple things and budget on some other stuff. The sticker shock is very real. I still recommend the store despite the above personal issues. The store will work well for a lot of people, especially those that aren't satisfied with the cheap stuff that falls apart."

"Fantastic! Stork Land is an awesome company. I called them directly to ask about the changing table dresser that my daughter wanted. It had been out of stock everywhere and we did not think we would get it in time. They told me when they expected a delivery and that they would keep me updated on its arrival. They called me a few times to let me know the progress on the shipment. It came in time and it was a fantastic quality dresser. I will always shop here first!!"

"This place is AMAZING! We just had a Christmas emergency and guess who pulled through?? Storkland! Mom got the wrong size Micro scooter. Anne and her daughter came out of their way to open the store up so I would have the right gift for my middle daughter. Talk about great customer service and saving Christmas Day. I had my heart set on a particular bed for my daughter which I’d seen on several big-box websites, but they were all back ordered for over a month and I needed it sooner. In my continued search I discovered Stork Land. I gave them a call to check the availability and shipping process due to the pandemic.
