"Im vegan. I ordered 2 black bean chalupas, no cheese, no sour cream, add guacamole, rice, and onions and a large drink. The price came out to $18.32! Are you all insane? I normally pay $10.91 for the same exact order everywhere I go. She didn't even put the correct item on the receipt! I tried to get her to change I and she said everything was correct on the receipt. She tried to say they're actually ta, not taco bell. What!? Are your employees smoking Crack? The sign outside says in huge letters 'Taco Bell' I attached a receipt from the order and a receipt from a normal taco bell with normal people working there and a picture of my order, which she also messed up on and I had to pick all the cheese off of. This Employee is out of control."

"I ordered and didn’t get my food for almost 25 min. Only 3 people in front of me. I love Taco Bell and is usually my favorite fast food but this is the absolute worst location I’ve been to. Edit: So after trying my food it was actually delicious! But definitely worst location as far as time so if you’re fine with waiting long periods of time then it’s pretty good!"

"Horrible service. Employees were too concerned with leaving in 5 hours than helping customers. When I got to the counter I asked to substitute a couple items from my order, one of being cinnamon twists to nachos and cheese (which I get all the time for the last 2 years) was told it was not possible to substitute even though I’m allergic to cinnamon. Employees also wouldn’t allow me to order certain items since they ran out and didn’t want to cook more. I ended up going to the kiosk over and got subway, had a way better experience at subway than this Taco Bell."

"Phenomenal experience and fresh food. It was definitely made to order and they made a fresh batch of fries for their rattlesnake fries. It was one of the best Taco Bell’s I have experienced. I wasn’t aware of this but they offer military discount and the only reason how I found out was that I was wearing my military hat and provided them with my veteran ID and they gave me 25% OFF my entire order!! You heard that right folks, 25% OFF! Thank you Taco Bell, Sayre, OK!"

"Just not satisfied. This store is advertising on their menu that there is a happy hour on their drinks from 2pm to 5pm. At 2:30pm I inquire about the offer. The cashier says the deal is for participating stores only. They are not participating. If that is the case, why is the sign even there. That's called "bait and switch". False advertising. It's now just another reason to avoid this place."
