"I am not one to leave comments about company’s and tell people negative things about them, but if an issue isn’t even going to be attempted to be fixed by this company then they are not a company to work with! I contacted this company (Justin) about coming and refinishing my tub. He was kind and polite. Everything was fine. The day arrived, the man that did come showed up late, left my entire bathroom a mess! I had powder all over my bathroom, down my hallway, and even into my living room! I was not at all impressed. Then to top it off the man that did come told my husband that he had to “leave early to pick up his kid from school”. Not only did he arrive late but he left early. As a result of him rushing, my tub was cracking again not even a year later. I have only cleaned my tub with the correct products the man who did the job, left me on a piece of paper. I was told this job would last 5 years with a guarantee. I was in contact with Justin. I sent Justin photos of the spots where it is chipping. He said he would get back with me about it, and he never did. NOW I am 2 years into when they redid my tub and I have called and left voicemails. He won’t answer my calls, and won’t return my calls. He won’t own up and fix what should have been right the first time! Do not use this company. Your house will be a complete mess, the job will look nice but then it will chip all over again a year later and nothing will be done about it. Honestly just buy a new tub because in the end the tub will chip again and Justin won’t do anything about it, and you’ll be paying more to have it fixed again than just buying a new tub to start with."

"My husband and I are disappointed to have to leave this review, but we think others need to be aware that this could happen to them, too. Refinishing Unlimited came to refinish a pink shower of ours. The finished product looked absolutely beautiful and they did great work. Unfortunately, in the process of refinishing the shower, they scratched up our brand new marble countertop. An attempt was made to buff out the scratches, but to no avail. We were told that they would reach out to a company that would fix this for them, but they never did. When we reached out to them again by phone to try to correct this issue, they didn't answer our phone calls or respond to our voicemails. We had to replace the marble counter top on our own (which was the cost of about half of what we paid for the refinishing of the shower), because Refinishing Unlimited didn't fix the scratches and did not refund us anything for the damage, either. On a completely separate note, they also "guarantee" to fix the space that they have refinished for you if there is wear within 5 years of refinishing. We never received an actual contract with this "guarantee," and after the experience with the countertop where they ignored our calls and voicemails, we can almost guarantee that they would not follow through on this promise. Be sure to check on this if you consider using their services. We would have used their services again for another bathroom if they would have resolved these issues for us because they do great work. Unfortunately now, we will not use their services again and we will always steer people clear of their services when we hear they may be considering using them. They are untrustworthy, unreliable, and they screwed us out of over $200. As this review may be deleted, we will be sure to share the same review with The Better Business Bureau so that potential customers will always be able to know the truth of what they could be getting into."
