"This is the second time I have taken my vehicle here, and have been more than satisfied each time. This trip in was quite the project. They still got everything done and us back on the road the same day. The inspection was very thorough and some issues were caught that would have caused a break down in the future. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail ( even took me to the car and showed me). I appreciate that greatly being a woman. (If you're a woman, I'm sure you understand the feeling leaving the shop feeling like they think you're clueless due to your gender) They approached me with prices prior to fixing, so no big surprises at the end. "Brakes plus on Pine Lake Road is amazing!! They genuinely care about people. When I brought my car in it was a hot mess! They spent all day working on my car and making sure I was going to be safe on the road. They even ordered a Lyft for me so I was able to get home instead of waiting there all day. They made sure to communicate everything that they found… good or bad! My car was definitely a handful but they were bound and determined to get me back on the road. I can’t explain how much I appreciate them! They are so kind and willing to help! I would 100% recommend!"
