"I contacted All Dry Services after many Lincoln offices were not returning my call (5 companies) for an assortment of issues we are having with the cold weather snap. Within a few days they had an inspector (who was very knowledgeable and very informative) come out to check out the problem. He walked me through each point of the inspection and explained why and what was going on with our home. With two small kiddos at home they understood the importance of timing and left our residence better than when they showed up, which was the icing on top of the cake. They were able to help us figure out the issues and to fix them. I would also like to point out that the owner is one of the most kind-hearted and knowledgeable people in this field. If you want it done right, and want excellent customer service go no where else. I'm glad I tapped the Omaha providers to find All Dry Services even for living in Lincoln, they are the real deal."
