"Had an oil change booked a few weeks ago. Anthony called me and had to cancel my appointment because they had a few people call in sick. No big deal. So I called and rescheduled. When I brought my truck in, the staff was excellent. When everything was finished, I was informed Anthony had covered my oil change because of the rescheduling.
