"I recently visited this location to have my screen repaired under insurance, and the scheduling process was hassle-free. Initially, when I received my phone after the screen repair, it appeared to be in good condition. However, as I got into my truck and started to put my caseback on, I discovered that the back of the phone was broken. I returned to the store and inquired about the damage. The staff member explained that it happened during the repair due to a clamp they had used, and they assured me they would order a new original back for my phone. They kindly asked if I could return in a few days to complete the repair. A few days later, I returned to the store, and they promptly fixed the back of my phone within minutes. Unfortunately, once again, upon inspecting my phone outside the store, I noticed that it had been replaced with an aftermarket back. I believe that if the damage occurred during their repair, they should have replaced it with an original part to ensure my device was returned to its original condition, ( I get it if they have to replace with an aftermarket part for insurance but this wasn't for insurance) rather than opting for the least expensive solution. This aspect of the service left me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience."
