"Made an appointment online. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Morgan was awesome. I took my phone to two other places and they wanted the phone for a couple day and wanted to throw parts at it. Morgan took it in the back room 15 minutes later fixed!"
"Joseph & Anthony were awesome! They were able to fix my husband's phone while we waited and did not even charge us! Will totally recommend them to our friends and family!"
"The staff were quick, knowledgeable, and very willing to help conceding any issue I had. I placed an insurance claim through Asurion, and it was a breeze. My phone was fixed within the timeframe they stated it would be, and they placed the new screen protector on my phone that I bought right after. Definitely suggest using this location."
"Have used your service 2-3x, and each time have been very satisfied. The team offers fast repairs at a very reasonable cost. Have watched the team actively save customers money via utilization of their warranty - even when the customer was unaware of the coverage."
"TLDR: My phone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) was fully functional when I brought it in for a routine battery replacement on 3 June, 2023. Within an hour after replacement, the screen developed vertical lines indicating digitizer or connector damage. Store claimed that it was water damage and they had no liability. Long story: The screen had no cracks or chips. No lines or other issues. The battery capacity was at 85%. Even the shell and camera had no damage and minimal wear. (My first red flag: The technician who checked in the phone marked it as "poor condition" even though it looked almost new. I'm going to go ahead and take pictures of it before sending it in, just in case someone wants to see the "poor" condition of the device.) The battery replacement was fast (about 90 minutes), and according to the tech, they used a new OEM battery for the replacement. They even, as a courtesy, cleaned the dirt from the speaker. After paying $117 and picking up the phone after the swap, I didn't notice any issues. This was at 3:30pm. I drove home, about 30 minutes away. 15 minutes after getting home, I checked the phone and a thin red vertical line had appeared 3cm from the left edge of the screen. 10 minutes after that, more thin lines appeared near the center of the screen. Restarted the phone, the center line disappeared, then reappeared about 5 mins later. More thin red lines appeared as well (all vertical) At this point, I contacted the store at 4:44pm on June 3rd. A quick web search pointed to a loose/dirty digitizer connector. I told them who I was, described the problem, and asked if I could bring it in the next day for them to correct the problem. The phone downloaded IOS update 16.5 and rebooted. After the update, the thin red lines in the center and left were gone, but massive bright green vertical lines appeared 4cm from the right edge and in the center. Screen also started randomly going all to black. Arrived at the store the next day at 12:15pm on June 4th. They took the phone to the back and gave it to a tech to fix the issue. Front desk staff comes out with the phone and points out that the moisture indicators are slightly pink, and that the screen failing IMMEDIATELY after they worked on it was a total coincidence and that we needed to file insurance or buy a new screen because of water damage. So now I am out the $117 for the battery, plus another $99 for the insurance deductible for a replacement phone. Staff was super friendly and personable, but this entire situation smells like day old roadkill. Would not recommend. Edit: I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because previous service with this location on a different device was great, and the staff were friendly."
