"Here’s the type of work you get. I was told in August of 2020 that the damages would be take care of. That was 9 months ago. How many times do you guys need to come out and reinspect the damages you caused before fixing it. I told jimmy on the 27th of April that he could come out anytime since it was on the outside. His response was no problem. So I guess I’m missing your comment about me not responding to him. I can start posting all the back and forth text messages if you would like. It took 5 months for you guys to repair the leaking skylight in my bathroom. Again this is all your company’s quality of work. I’m not asking for anything above you correcting the damages you caused to my home."
