"Great aqua instructors, but do to their policies the life guards make the class of less than 10 cram into one lane, even if there is no one else in the entire pool. If you try to move over to the next lane they yell at you and threaten to kick you out of the facility. If you don’t show up to class early you will need to be prepared to do the class on your knees or in water up to your chin."

"I've been visiting the Copple YMCA for several years and have never had a bad experience. Their staff are always friendly and supportive. They offer a variety of classes for everyone and offer plenty of time slots to fit your schedule. They also do a great job maintaining the equipment and keeping the facility clean."

"Outdoor pool- was hard to find info or photos before we went. I was worried because we wanted a zero entry but this is a very nice small outdoor pool. Kiddo friendly with shallow steps and an initial entry depth of 1.5 feet. It gradually slopes down to about 4 feet. There is a roped off area that's 5 feet with a water slide (closed when we were there). The best part is a nice splash pad area with little slide and water table area for the kids. Lots of nice Adirondack style chairs and loungers. A few hanging shade areas. 2 outdoor private bathroom/shower rooms. Lifeguards were all super nice and observant."

"It’s a beautiful place but the rules and the management is terrible. I’m tired of being profiled. I literally have a membership and every time I bring my friends of color it seems that at the door they’re staring and ready to ask questions it’s weird and unwelcoming. Red head girl was trying to charge $45 to be at the gym for an hour just because we are people of color AND on top of my membership. Absolutely disgusting."

"The gym is very nice and the reception staff were so sweet. However we had a poor experience with the female lifeguard working today at 3:00. She was quite rude and overly aggressive. She was sitting all the way across the pool and left her chair, and the many children swimming in the water in that area, to come tell my friend's daughter that she could not put her toes in the hot tub because she was 8, not 14. Which is frustrating because she chose that rule to enforce on this one little girl when there was a child in there before that she didn't say a word to, and as she was kicking her out there were several adults who were sitting on the edge of the hot tub which is also against the rules according to the sign. When I pointed that out she was quite rude and heated in responding. I ended up just walking away because she just wouldn't stop talking."
